Meet Our Board Members

Martin Randall
Board ChairMartin began his service to Hope Family Health Center in 2025; however, he has been a long-standing community leader, advocate, and philanthropist. He is a local valley business owner, an active civic member, and a dedicated supporter of numerous nonprofit organizations and charity events, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Crawfish Bowl Foundation, The Museum of South Texas History, and many others.

Naomi D'Acolatse
Medical Director | MD, MPH, FAAFPDr. D’Acolatse joined Hope Family Health Center as Medical Director and executive board member in 2024. She is a board-certified family physician and public health leader with more than two decades of clinical, academic, and community health experience. Dr. D’Acolatse has held senior roles in medical education and health system leadership, including founding Program Director for the DHR Health Family Medicine Residency Program and Associate Dean for Education and Academic Affairs at UTRGV School of Medicine. Her deep commitment to serving underserved populations and advancing access to high-quality, compassionate care strengthens Hope’s mission and impact across the Rio Grande Valley.

Sofia Hernandez
Vice ChairMiss Hernandez has been a part of Hope's Board of Directors since 2021. She has more than 25 years of experience working in health care and public policy. Miss Hernandez also led a non-profit before starting her term with Hope Family Health Center, and has a very strong passion for serving the community.

Jesse Ozuna
Mr. Ozuna has been a member of Hope's Board since 2021. He is a well-known and respected professional throughout the RGV who has spent the last 16 years working at local and state levels. Mr. Ozuna has been passionate about serving and working with various non-profit and civic organizations to help spread awareness about services available to families that live in underserved communities.

Adriana Gomez
MD, MPH, FAAFPDr. Gomez started her service term in 2023 and is a highly accomplished and experienced Family Physician and healthcare professional. She has been an active member of several national medical societies and is committed to helping her community. Her extensive and highly skilled background in the healthcare field serves as an invaluable asset to Hope Family Health Center's mission.

Cynthia Beltran
Mrs. Beltran started her service term as a Hope Board member in 2023. She plans to use her time and willingness to serve to highlight all the great work that HOPE Family Health Center does in the Rio Grande Valley. She has given back to her beloved community in many ways and is passionate about education, volunteering, and mentoring.

Jessica Martin
MD, MHSAMrs. Martin started her service term to Hope in 2023. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in hospital administration, research, and graduate medical education. She is honored to be a part of the board and hopes to help strengthen Hope's vision while supporting the volunteer physicians, staff and the community.

Marla Sandoval
Ms. Sandoval started her service term as a Hope Board member in 2022. She is driven and passionate about giving back to her community and expanding healthcare services for our region. Ms. Sandoval has years of experience in Marketing, Business, and Healthcare. She volunteers at local nonprofits and community organizations.
